REFUND / RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY: Though we endeavor to give you a great customer experience, providing you with the best service and product each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer you to Refund or Exchange Your Order within 7 Days of Delivery. No lies! All you need to do is to give us a call or write to us at wtech.orders@gmail.com. within a period of 7 days, from the date of delivery. However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either, so refund or exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in an UNUSED condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an undamaged condition. Any damages due to neglect, improper handling or application/usage will not be covered by our refund and exchange Policy.

Features of Refund and Exchange Policy

• If you choose to exchange the item for reasons of mismatch of receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However, an exchange is subject to availability of the item in our stock.

• Exchange of replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by wtech.pk’s team. Although, we try to exchange and refund almost all the products, but we required a video prove make video before opening your parcel because some people are trying to be over smart they ask return for wrong product which is not provided by us so we want to make sure that product belong to us which you are claiming for return or refund.

• Some of the electronic items on our site have the manufacturer warranty, for which vendor/manufacturer is responsible, not us.
